Jose Navarro, a retired Health Records Technician, passed away August 23, 2022.
Navarro began his CDCR career in July 1997 as a health records technician at California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison (CSATF/SP) at Corcoran.
In October 1999, he accepted an Office Assistant (typing) position. In September 2022, Navarro was reinstated as a health records technician, where he remained until retiring in July 2022.
He is survived by two daughters and five grandchildren.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Navarro family during this time of mourning,” according to a statement issued by CSATF/SP.
Services were held the first week of September.
