Travis Schultz, a Correctional Officer at Mule Creek State Prison, passed away Dec. 29, 2022.
He began his CDCR career in November 2018, all of it at Mule Creek prison. Schultz is survived by his wife and a 5-year-old son.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Schultz family during this difficult time,” according to a statement issued by Mule Creek State Prison.
