Two children with Fourth of July crafts and ASP officers.
ASP staff decorated the visiting room and made patriotic crafts with the incarcerated and their families.

Avenal State Prison (ASP) visiting staff, incarcerated residents and their families came together to celebrate the Fourth of July.

Staff decorated the visiting room with red, white, and blue to create a patriotic atmosphere.

Staff interacted with the visitors and incarcerated, taking pictures with everyone involved.

The event echoed ASP’s approach to rehabilitation, proving there are no boundaries to transformation.

ASP’s commitment to fostering relationships and embracing creativity has created change in both staff and incarcerated residents.
