Danielle Bourgeois, Parole Administrator, was awarded the Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) 2022 Employee of the Year. Administrator Bourgeois is responsible for monitoring and evaluating DAPO’s management and operation. She ensures compliance with all aspects of departmental and divisional policy, procedure, rules, regulations, directives, and statutes.

She displays technical proficiency, effective communication, and brings a team player attitude that helps efficiently accomplish assignments. Bourgeois has played a critical role in representing DAPO. Many have identified her as DAPO’s Subject Matter Expert in all policy-related matters with the stakeholders.
