Moses Muyenga, a licensed vocational nurse at California Health Care Facility, passed away Feb. 20, 2024.
Muyenga began his career with the department in January 2012 at the Correctional Training Facility in Soledad.
In July 2013, he transferred to California Medical Facility.
Then, in November 2013, he transferred again to California Health Care Facility.
“Moses will be greatly missed by all who knew him and worked with him over the past years,” according to a statement issued by the institution.
