Mobile Tattoo Removal returned to Avenal, their latest effort to bring about positive transformations. Overall, they’ve helped 20,000 incarcerated persons, probationers, and community members leave behind past affiliations. Panay Vang, a registered nurse, said it’s amazing to witness the relief and excitement experienced by the incarcerated persons upon completing the process.
Cesar Vasquez, one of the beneficiaries, said it’s a relief to be free from judgment based on past affiliations. The collaboration with Mobile Tattoo Removal stands as a beacon of positive change and second chances.
