Demetrio Abiva, a pharmacy technician at California State Prison, Solano, has passed away, the institution announced.
The announcement was made Nov. 27, 2024. Abiva began his career at Solano in April 2009.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Abiva family during this time of mourning. Keep them in your thoughts during this difficult time,” according to the institution.
Funeral services have not yet been announced.
