Ironwood mourns passing of Viviana Rodriguez

Ironwood State Prison in Blythe on June 3, 2025, announced the passing of Office Assistant Viviana Rodriguez.

She began her career at Ironwood in August 2022 as an office assistant, where she remained until her untimely passing.

Her coworkers described her as “a ray of sunshine” who loved her family and anything Disney.

“Ironwood State Prison extends our sincerest condolences to Viviana’s family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time,” according to the institution.
