Leticia “Letty” Espinoza, a retired victim services analyst, passed away Sept. 28, 2026.
She served CDCR for more than 25 years before retiring from the Office of Victim and Survivor Rights and Services in November 2025.
A funeral Mass will be held Friday, Oct. 30, at 3 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church, 6509 Fruitridge Road, Sacramento.
