Ronald Broomfield is the Director of CDCR’s Division of Adult Institutions. He served as Warden of San Quentin Rehabilitation Center from 2020 to 2023.

He previously served as Chief Deputy Warden of San Quentin from 2017 to 2020 before becoming Warden.

Broomfield has been working in the field of corrections since 2017. He is an advocate for social justice, equity and prison reform.
