FACILITY D VISITING
Effective Sunday, March 15, 2026, NO GENERAL VISITING ON FACILITY D.
NON-CONTACT VISITING INFORMATION:
Incarcerated Person’s (IP) who are housed in the Restricted Housing Unit (RHU/Facility Z), or IPs placed on Non-Contact Pending Disciplinary, shall receive one (1) hour visits. All non-contact visits shall be scheduled through VSA to ensure the visit takes place.
VISITING WITH MINORS:
Children under 18 years old are required to be accompanied by an adult who is an approved visitor. If the minor child(ren) is accompanied by his/her parent, the only paperwork necessary is a certified copy of the minor child(ren)’s birth certificate. If the minor is accompanied by his/her legal guardian, a certified copy of the minor child(ren)’s birth certificate and proof of legal guardianship is required. If the minor child(ren) is accompanied by someone other than his/her parent or legal guardian, in addition to the certified copy of the minor child(ren)’s birth certificate, the adult must also bring a notarized written consent authorization form signed by the minor child(ren)’s parent or legal guardian expressly giving permission for the minor child(ren) to visit a prisoner. The written consent authorization form must include the name of the prisoner the minor child(ren) is allowed to visit, the name of the person who is authorized to bring the minor child(ren) into the prison, and the date(s) of the proposed visit(s). The notarization must be on the original written consent authorization form and cannot be attached to it. The written consent authorization form to bring in a minor child(ren) must be updated each year.

Also, Visitors are to Park in the designated parking area (First 3 rows) next to the Friends Outside building/Trailer. The sign designating the Visitor Parking area is located on the left-hand side of the road, it is white in color. Vehicles with the applicable documentation and/or license plate will be allowed to utilize the handicapped parking in the same parking lot as Friends Outside.
Local DOM 54020.25: PHOTO TOKENS
All Photo Tokens are to be purchased in the Visitor Processing Area prior to your visit. Photo Tokens are available for purchase; the cost is $2.00 per token. A maximum of 5 tokens per day in order to allow all visitors the opportunity to purchase tokens. Each family may redeem a maximum of five photo tokens per visiting day to allow all visitors the opportunity to take photos within the visiting rooms.

If an institution must cancel visiting due to conditions such as weather, those with an appointment will receive a notice through the Visitation Scheduling Application (VSA).
