Description: The Research and Evaluation Committee Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) Workgroup will provide expert guidance to the Commission regarding MHSSA evaluation planning and implementation. The Commission staff will provide information on the Workgroup’s purpose, goals, and deliverables as outlined in the project charter, present on the Research and Evaluation Division’s progress in planning the MHSSA evaluation, and seek input and guidance from the Workgroup and public members on developing a theory of change model for MHSSA.
