We found a problem with how e-messages were being charged in the Securus system. Some people were charged more than they should have been.
Some incarcerated individuals and some friends and family members who sent messages through Securus.
The issue has been corrected. Messages are now being charged at the correct rate.
Yes. If you were charged too much, you will receive credit.
Friends and family will receive stamps added back to their Securus account.
Incarcerated individuals will receive money added back to their Securus Debit account.
