NA Chaderjian students donate $500 to Haven of Peace

The student council at N.A. Chaderjian Youth Correctional Facility donated $500 to Haven of Peace in San Joaquin County.

What would become Haven of Peace was formed August 1, 1957, by members from 13 churches. The aim of the organization is to provide emergency shelter for women and children.

Their mission: “We are committed to providing our residents with tools that help each of them become self-sufficient,” according to the organization.
