California Correctional Institution (CCI) reported the death of retired Correctional Officer Mark Grantham who passed away Oct. 27, 2021.
He began his career with CDCR in September 1985 at the California Men’s Colony and transferred to CCI a year later.
Grantham continued working at CCI until he retired in July 2009.
“CCI extends our deepest sympathy, thoughts and heartfelt condolences to Mark’s family, friends and previous coworkers,” CCI reported. “Grantham was a big part of the local Tehachapi community and will be missed.”
