San Quentin State Prison reported the passing of retired Correctional Officer Robert Lozano. He passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021, in the Philippines.
Officer Lozano began his correctional career at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center in April 1991. After graduation, he was assigned to San Quentin State Prison in May 1991.
He remained at San Quentin until he retired in June 2009.
