Emilia Mattos, a 10-year employee at CSP-Solano, passed away January 23, 2022.
Mattos began her CDCR career in January 2012 at CSP-Solano as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
According to coworkers, she was always pleasant and respectful to all staff and incarcerated patients.
“Mrs. Mattos was integral part of our CSP–Solano family, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Please continue to keep the Mattos family in your thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time,” according to a statement from institution leadership.
