Rose Ann Ellis, a registered nurse at High Desert State Prison, passed away February 16, 2022.
Ellis began her CDCR career as a registered nurse in April 2010 at Pleasant Valley State Prison.
In July 2016, she transferred to High Desert State Prison as a nurse, where she remained until her passing.
“Ellis will always be remembered for being enjoyable company and the wonderful motorcycle adventures she took with her husband. Our sincerest condolences are extended to the Ellis family, friends, and loved ones during this time of loss,” reported the institution.
