Yolanda Laday, an 11-year CDCR employee, passed away May 18, 2022. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant November 2011 at Valley State Prison.
In February 2017, she joined the team in the Mailroom as an Office Assistant. By October of that year, she promoted to Material & Stores Supervisor I.
“She is survived by a host of family and friends to cherish her memory. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Laday family during this time of mourning,” according to a statement issued by the prison.
