Neil Andersen, a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) at California Health Care Facility, passed away Aug. 22, 2023.
He began working at the facility on Aug. 1, 2013, during the activation phase.
“We extend our most sincere condolences to Neil’s family. He will be greatly missed by all,” according to a statement issued by California Health Care Facility.
