Dobson‑Davis receives Community Spirit Award

Longtime CDCR employee, now retired, Velda Dobson-Davis received Envisioning Justice Solutions’ (EJS) 2023 Community Spirit Award. Dobson-Davis received the award at a San Francisco Giants baseball game.
