Palok “Paul” Pepaj, a retired correctional officer, passed away Dec. 24, 2023.
Pepaj began his career in November 1992 as a correctional officer at California Correctional Institution in Tehachapi.
He remained at the institution until retiring in December 2018.
“California Correctional Institution sends their thoughts and prayers to Paul’s family, friends, and coworkers he met along his career,” according to a statement issued by the institution.
