The Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (SATF) recently hosted their second promotion ceremony for 13 employees.
The day started off with the presentation of colors by the SATF Honor Guard. John Gallegos, a SATF employee, sang the national anthem.
Following the opening ceremony, Warden Bryan D. Phillips thanked the family members who were able to attend and congratulated all of the SATF members on their promotions.
The promoting staff were allowed to bring four guests to attend the ceremony.

- Raymond Cruz, CalPIA Custodian II
- Bradley Domen, Painter III
- Fred Gonzales, Correctional Plant Supervisor
- Johnny Hughes, Materials and Stores Supervisor (M&SS)
- Anthony Jones, M&SS
- Bridget Jensen, Correctional Supervising Cook
- Nicole Pendergrass, Executive Assistant
- Christina Solis-Toone, Personnel Supervisor
- Tylar Buchnoff, Correctional Counselor
- David Diaz, Correctional Counselor
- Valoree James, Labor Relations Analyst
- Sonya Gonzalez, Staff Services Analyst
