Jackie Meyers, retired correctional officer, passed away May 20, 2024. She was 60 years old and worked for CDCR for 23 years.

She began her career with the department in September 1998 at California Correctional Institution.
She remained at the institution until retiring in March 2021.
“We send our thoughts and prayers to Jackie’s family, friends, and coworkers she met along her career,” according to a statement issued by the institution.
She was predeceased by her mother and brother. She is survived by her husband Doyle; sons Carl, Cody and Doyle Jr. and their spouses; as well as her siblings Terry Tincher, Christine Tincher, and Julie Siragusa.
Services will be held at 5 p.m., May 28, at James and Garh Mortuary, 1651 East Highway 72, Rolla, Missouri.
