The California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility (SATF) and State Prison at Corcoran, along with the Chicano Correctional Workers Association (CCWA), awarded four $500 scholarships to local students. The recipients received the scholarships as part of an essay-writing contest submitted to the CCWA.
