El Monte District held a staff appreciation luncheon to celebrate the hard work and dedication of its employees. The event featured a spread of burgers, drinks, and chips, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for attendees.
Unit Supervisor Eduardo Sanchez and Assistant Unit Supervisor Rodrigo Campos showcased their grilling skills. The food and beverages were purchased by supervisors and the district administrator, highlighting their appreciation and commitment to fostering a supportive work environment.
The luncheon provided an excellent opportunity for staff members to unwind, bond, and feel valued for their contributions. The camaraderie and positive energy were palpable, making the event a memorable and uplifting experience for everyone involved. This gesture of appreciation boosted morale while also reinforcing the sense of community and teamwork within the El Monte District.
