Held at the Ontario Convention Center, the conference was organized by the Greater Ontario Business Council and Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The annual Women’s Conference is a powerful initiative aimed at empowering and uniting women leaders across the region.

The impact of such conferences extends far beyond the event itself, as they serve as a catalyst for fostering connections, sharing experiences, and inspiring future generations of women leaders.

By creating a platform for dialogue and collaboration, the conference seeks to address the unique challenges women face in various sectors, thus paving the way for substantive change in the workplace and beyond.

Among the distinguished speakers was former California State Senator Connie Leyva, who shared insights on policy and advocacy. Her presence added gravitas to the event while also underscoring the importance of having women in positions of influence to help drive legislative changes to promote gender equity and inclusion in the workplace.

Speaking about work life balance

AW Lewis took part as panelist alongside two other notable industry leaders in a discussion on “Navigating Work Life Balance.”

Over 400 business professionals were eager to explore the complexities and nuances of balancing career and personal commitments.

The panelists shared candid and impactful stories, shedding light on working mothers in executive roles.

During the Women’s Conference, AW Lewis articulated the profound impact these dual responsibilities can have on an individual’s professional journey.

Overall, the “She Means Business” Women’s Conference stands as a testament to the collective effort toward empowering women, fostering professional networks, and embracing the transformative power of technology.

As we look toward the future, initiatives like these are crucial in creating an environment where women can thrive, innovate, and lead with confidence.
