California Health Care Facility (CHCF) has transformed the front entrance into a festive Halloween display thanks to staff and the incarcerated population.
Spooky wooden decorations adorning the outside of the facility were crafted by the incarcerated individuals, showcasing their creativity and talent. Staff members took the lead in decorating inside the front entrance, adding a personal touch to the welcoming atmosphere.
This collaboration brings a sense of seasonal joy while also highlighting the community spirit within the facility.,
