Teresa Rascon, a retired case records analyst, passed away Feb. 14, 2025.
Rascon started her career as an office assistant at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi in August 2004. A year later, she promoted to office technician.
In November 2007, she promoted to program technician II, and promoted again to case records analyst in April 2008.
She remained in this position until she retired in March 2020.
“CCI sends their condolences to the family and friends of Teresa,” according to a statement issued by the institution.
