Lucy Simper, information technology specialist with CDCR’s Enterprise Information Services (EIS), passed away June 26, 2025.
According to her office, she was a member of EIS Network Engineering.
Her state career spanned nearly 40 years but for the last 23 years, she’s been with EIS as part of networking services.
According to her coworkers, a celebration of life is being scheduled for the end of July 2025.
