David Krisha, a retired correctional sergeant, passed away Oct. 19, 2025. Services have already been held.
Krisha began his career with as a correctional officer at San Quentin in January 1985. He promoted to sergeant in March 2008 and retired in December 2011.
“He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time,” according to the institution.
