Officer Moen is survived by his wife, mother, brother, sister, 13 grandchildren, and a host of family and friends to cherish his memory. Our hearts go out to Jeff’s family during this most difficult time. His family will remain in our thoughts and prayers for the loss they have endured,” wrote the California Health Care Facility in Stockton.
