STOCKTON – Morris Solomon Jr., who was serving a condemned sentence, passed away at California Health Care Facility (CHCF) on August 1, 2024. Solomon, 80, was pronounced deceased in his cell by medical staff at 11:51 p.m. The San Joaquin County Coroner will determine Solomon’s official cause of death.
The Office of the Inspector General was notified.
Solomon, was received from Sacramento County Sept. 23, 1992, and placed on condemned status for prior felony conviction of serious offense; two counts first-degree murder; two counts second-degree murder; oral copulation with force; rape; and sodomy with force.
