CCJBH is pleased to announce the Juvenile Justice Compendium and Toolkit contract was awarded to the RAND Corporation on March 4, 2022, and the contract was executed on April 13, 2022. The contract term will be from April 13, 2022, to April 13, 2024, in which time the RAND Corporation will develop an Evidence-based and Emerging Practices and Programs Compendium, a System Capacity Development Toolkit, and a Training and Technical Assistance Plan. The work done through the compendium and toolkit will complement and support the efforts of the Office of Youth and Community Restoration and serve as a key resource for SB 823 Juvenile Justice Realignment.
