Description: Dr. Norbert Ralph, PhD, MPH will present pro-social methods for the assessment and treatment of juveniles who sexually offend. The training will include characteristics of the population, recidivism rates, typologies, comorbid psychiatric conditions, intellectual/neuropsychological factors, and family issues. The Collaborative model emphasizing pro-social and cooperative methods between families/youth, probation, and mental health practitioners will be described.
