California Institution for Women (CIW) hosted a tour for the Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative on Aug. 4.
The Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative is a 10-month program of executives from various business organizations. The collaborative provides tours of important organizations within Chino, Chino Hills, and neighboring areas.
Participants have the opportunity to learn from and form relationships with leaders across industries in:
- Government
- Public Safety
- Logistics
- Manufacturing
- Medical
- Transportation
- Education
- Non-profit
- and small/large business.
Executives from the local community toured CIW to see the rehabilitative programs and daily operations of a CDCR women’s facility. The group engaged with the population at the Senior Center, asked questions, and shared ideas for future collaborative projects.
