The popular TV show “America’s Got Talent” had a few extra audience members thanks to the efforts of the Los Angeles Male Community Reentry Program.
In all, 23 reentry participants, accompanied by staff, attended a live taping of the show. The participants said they were grateful for the opportunity and had an amazing time.
Reentry programs help people learn how to have positive interactions in public settings, easing the transition back into their communities.
