Team building with a splash at Ironwood

Warden Holbrook recovers from a dunking at Ironwood State Prison.

To help relieve stress and focus on team building, Ironwood State Prison hosted a manager dunking event.

Dubbed “Dunk Your Favorite Manager,” Ironwood offered all staff a chance to throw their stress away during the June 20 team-building event. Free snow cones were also made available to staff.

According to organizers, this event was a fun and entertaining way to celebrate the first day of summer together as a team.
