The Richard A McGee Correctional Training Center Color Guard and Recruitment Team proudly represented CDCR at the Fourth of July Parade and Galt Market.
The Color Guard’s Sgt. A. Aguilar, Sgt. K. Lewis, Sgt. S. Andrews, and Sgt. A. Tsushko led the parade over a mile-long route. Throughout the parade, the Color Guard’s display of precision and pride resonated with spectators, with many expressing their appreciation.

Recruitment members Sgt. G. Beckham and Sgt. D. Shafto took this opportunity to engage with the public, providing information about career opportunities within CDCR.
The Correctional Training Center’s participation in the parade and market was a successful effort in building stronger community relations and showcasing the honorable role of correctional officers.
