As we close out another year, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our mission.
This year, we achieved many significant milestones, including:
- Advancing the California Model with all staff beginning training in Active Bystandership, Trauma-Informed Practices, and Professional Engagement
- Launching the YOP pilot program in Pine Grove
- Expanding our reach with the In-person Bachelor Programs
- The successful completion of the Prop 66 Condemned Move
- Celebrating the Delancey Street ‘Grand Opening’ in July.
These accomplishments reflect the collective efforts and resilience of our entire team. Your dedication continues to drive our progress, and I am truly grateful for your contributions.
Looking ahead to the new year, we can expect even more opportunities for growth and improvement. We will continue to focus on improving the lives of our employees and the people in our care. Your continued collaboration and innovation will be vital in helping us reach these goals.
Thank you again for your outstanding contributions. Wishing you all a restful holiday season and a successful year ahead.
