During the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce’s annual Salute to Public Safety, two California Institution for Men (CIM) staff were honored.
CIM Correctional Officer Daniel Lopez was awarded officer of the year while correctional plant supervisor Manny Rodriguez was named employee of the year at the chamber event.
Throughout 2024, Lopez has served as a role model for others, performing his duties with exceptional dedication, professionalism, and integrity. His unwavering commitment to safety, leadership, and service excellence has made a profound impact on his colleagues and the institution.
Rodriguez joined the CIM team in 2022, bringing with him a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for project management and building trades.
According to CIM, he has a can-do attitude in getting the job done. His dedication and expertise have made a significant impact on CIM’s success with facility improvements. CIM is proud to have him as part of our institution and community.
