Chamber honors two CIW staff members

CIW and Chino Chamber of Commerce honors two staff members.
The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce and California Institution for Women (CIW) recognized two staff during the Salute to Public Safety event. Sgt. Anna Avina, left, was awarded the 2025 Employee of the Year, while Lt. Francine Hinostroza received the 2025 Supervisor of the Year award.

The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce Salute to Public Safety honored two California Institution for Women (CIW) female staff members.

CIW Associate Warden Delinia Lewis proudly presented awards to two staff members during the Chamber of Commerce ceremony. She awarded Lt. Francine Hinostroza the 2025 Supervisor of the Year honor, recognizing her exceptional leadership and contributions to public safety. Additionally, Sgt. Anna Avina was named the 2025 Employee of the Year for her outstanding service.

The Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce Salute to Public Safety annually recognizes the dedication of public safety personnel including law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical responders.

This event celebrates their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the community through awards and recognition for outstanding service and bravery. It also serves as an opportunity for community members to engage with public safety initiatives, foster connections among local businesses and public safety officials, and promote awareness of important public safety issues.
