13050.5 Definition

  • Media representatives are defined in the CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations 3000 and in the DOMDepartment Operations Manual 13010. Non news related production shall be synonymous with and include motion pictures, features, news magazine programs, public affairs programs, weekly or monthly programs, cable or Internet productions, documentaries, shorts, commercials, and any other production form that is not for general interest daily newscast purpose.
