22100.5.1 Participation In Purchases

  • In accordance with the CCRCalifornia Code of Regulations, Title 15, Section 3475, purchases made under the delegated purchase authority for an amount of $15,000 or less are exempt from DVBEDisabled Veteran Business Enterprises participation requirements.
