31090.1 Policy

  • The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCRCalifornia Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation) and California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the department), shall provide for the compassionate and timely response to an employee death and shall always attempt to adhere to the wishes of the survivors.
