31090.10 Attendance at Funeral Of Outside Law Enforcement Or Public Official

• Staff may attend on state time, and with the use of a state vehicle, the funeral of a public official or law enforcement official from an outside agency with the advance authorization of the hiring authority. Prior approval of the hiring authority is also required for any claims of overtime and travel expenses.
