31090.9 Attendance at Funeral Of Retired Department Of Corrections Employee

• Staff may attend a retired employee’s funeral on state time with the prior authorization of the hiring authority. The number of employees permitted to attend the funeral shall be governed by the department’s needs. Claims for overtime and/or travel expenses are not authorized.
