53130.3.2 Crimes Committed on or After 1‑1‑83

  • Inmates sentenced to prison on non-life terms, whose crimes were committed on or after 1-1-83, shall automatically be eligible to receive day-for-day credits under the provisions of PCPenal Code § 2933.
