61030.5.2 Legal Status (CDC Form 188)

  • CDC Form 188, Legal Status Sheet, contains the inmate’s legal status and other sentencing information and shall be prepared at the reception center. Those inmates sentenced to life, life without the possibility of parole, or to one year-and-one-day will have CDC Form 188 prepared by the LPULegal Processing Unit in Headquarters.
