74060.9 Referrals For out‑of‑state Placement

  • The Interstate Probation and Parole Compact permits the placement of parolees out-of-state. Certain criteria are involved:

    • The parolee was a resident of the receiving state.

    • Has family ties in that state.

    • Is able to obtain employment there.
